Here at the Franciscan Well, brewing isn’t just part of what we do, it’s part of who we are. Tucked away at the back of our bar is Original 7, our very own microbrewery where the magic happens, and where our passion for craft beer comes to life.
What makes Original 7 special? Aside from the fact that every beer is brewed just metres away from where you drink it, it’s our constant curiosity and creativity. We’re always experimenting,
playing with ingredients, styles, and brewing techniques to come up with something new, exciting, and unmistakably Fran Well.
From crisp lagers to rich stouts, hoppy IPAs to refreshing seasonal releases, no two visits are ever the same when it comes to what’s on tap. Our brewing team loves pushing the boundaries and creating beers that surprise and delight, and we’re proud to offer limited-edition and small-batch brews throughout the year.
